Slotclip privacy policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Slotclip is a Chrome extension that lets you select open time on Google Calendar and copy it as text. It doesn’t collect, sell or share any personal data.
What Slotclip reads
On calendar.google.com, Slotclip reads the page Calendar has already drawn: where the visible events sit on the time grid, the hour labels, and Calendar’s language, clock format, timezone and theme. It uses these only to place your selections around busy time and to format the times you copy. It doesn’t read event titles, descriptions, guests or locations, and it doesn’t run on any other site.
What Slotclip stores
- Your selections are kept in that Calendar tab’s session storage, so they survive a reload. They are deleted when you clear them or close the tab.
- Your working hours and other options are saved with Chrome’s sync storage, which Chrome may sync to your other browsers signed in to the same Google account.
What Slotclip sends
Nothing. Slotclip makes no network requests, connects to no server, doesn’t use the Google Calendar API and contains no analytics. Copied times go to your clipboard and nowhere else.
